WOH For August 22, 2017
Welcome to the first newsletter of the 2017-2018 school year! We are looking forward to seeing everyone at our family welcome back BBQ one week from today, and then on our first day of school two weeks from today. From talking with parents at church this past Sunday, I know our families are somewhere on the continuum of “get-that-last-moment-of-summer” to “can-school-start-already-because-my-kids-are-bored”. Regardless of where you are at on that spectrum, school will begin on Tuesday, September 5th!
And speaking of a new school year, we also want to share that we have a new addition to our Hope family as sixth grade teacher Tim Allen and his wife Brianna welcomed their daughter Harlyn Lillian on August 19th. Harlyn was a perfect 7 pounds 3 ounces at arrival and mom and daughter are doing great. Welcome to the world little Harlyn!
See y’all soon!
