School Information for 8-24-21
Welcome Back to School Day – Monday, August 30th
Families are invited to join us in the classroom from either 11:00 AM-1:00 PM or from 5:00-7:00 PM based on family last name. After visiting in the classroom, please head out to the north parking lot for the uniform exchange tables and yearbook distribution. PTH (Parents and Teachers of Hope) will host an ice cream social in the north lot and on the north playground for families.
Families with the following last names should arrive at these times:
A-C 11:00-11:15 or 5:00-5:15
D-F 11:20-11:35 or 5:20-5:35
G-J 11:40-11:55 or 5:40-5:55
K-N 12:00-12:15 or 6:00-6:15
O-R 12:20-12:35 or 6:20-6:35
S-Z 12:40-12:55 or 6:40-6:55
New Email for Hope School Office
Parents please use our new office email address office@hopeseattle.org for communication between our two office managers, Shari Wallace and Tammy Shelver. This will be for all communications including reporting a student’s absence or tardiness.
Volunteers Needed
If you are fully vaccinated we could use your help! Monday, August 30th the office needs a few people to help set up for our back to school event from 9:00 am to 11:00 am and then from 7:00 pm to 7:30 pm. Email office@hopeseattle.org if you can help.
We also need lunch recess help on Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays from 11:30am to 1:00 pm. If you can volunteer for a day or all three days please let us know at office@hopeseattle.org. Thank you!
Uniform Drive
Thanks to a few wonderful volunteers you will be able shop through our gently used uniforms at our Welcome back to school event on Monday, August 30th! If you are unable to make it this night but would still like to shop, contact the school office to arrange a time to come in.

Hot Lunch Program – Begins Wednesday, Sept. 1, 2021
Our NEST Hot lunch program is available 5 days a week during our 1st trimester to all PS – 8th grade families. The registration form is being update and will be available soon on NEST’s website: http://www.cafestellinacatering.com/NEST-School-Lunch-Program.html orderable and payable on a month-to-month basis.
