Hope School Events
Math Camp with Mrs. Kunkel! – July 29th – August 2nd
The theme for this year will be “Open Your Own Business” and the cost is $200 including supplies. All incoming 4th-8th grade students are invited to register.
Students will use a “budget” to start a business, “purchase” or “rent” a store front, create marketing materials using digital design, create a space using what they have learned about area, “purchase” supplies for their new business, etc. We will also have a cooking day and a party day to have a “soft opening” of each student’s business. This is real math made fun! I have also heard from families that it has helped students to grow their confidence in Math.
We will need to have at least 15 students registered to have the camp. Pass the word. Turn in registrations to the school office.
