Welcome to Hope Lutheran School!
Welcome to Hope Lutheran School! Our community is dedicated to shaping tomorrow’s leaders one heart at a time. By blending excellent academics with an intentional focus on student-centered learning, we strive to create an environment where every individual is valued and supported. Plan a visit. You’ll feel a difference at Hope School.
Faith Focused
"When I came to hope, I was instantly welcomed. I've learned about God, made friends, and become a better student." Hope student
Student Centered
"The teachers really care about their students and want them to succeed. Though HOPE is a small school, it's big in many ways. I know my child is getting a good education, is being challenged academically and in a safe environment." Hope Parent
Nurturing Excellence
"One reason why I love Hope Lutheran School is the class size. I really feel like my son has the opportunity to get the help that he needs when he needs it...so that he can really shine." Hope parent
“Hope has been an amazing place for my son. He has thrived and greatly improved his testing scores. Probably the most important thing is that he comes home every day from middle school and says he had a great day.”
-Hope Parent

How do muscles and bones work together? How is a chicken wing similar to a human arm and hand, and how is it different? These are some of the questions we investigated in middle school science at Hope Lutheran School during a hands-on ...chicken wing dissection. Using scissors and scalpels, students carefully explored the flexor and extensor muscles, as well as the ligaments that help make movement possible. This hands-on experience allowed students to gain a deeper understanding of how muscles and bones work together to create movement. It was a fantastic opportunity to combine biology with real-world applications, sparking curiosity and enthusiasm in our future scientists! #scientistsofinstagram #scientists #lutheraneducation

Who doesn't love cookies! Cooking class turned into baking class as students made three different kinds of cookies: brownies, chocolate chip, and cranberry-orange drop cookies. Measuring and teamwork is the name of the game. And then taste-testing. This week students start to learn how to ...meal plan with a budget including a trip to the grocery store, and then prepare it as head chef. Stay tuned! #hopeseattle #hopelutheranstrong #westseattle #cookingclass #middleschooleducation
