The Academic Fair was a fabulous success! Hope school has amazing talent and creativity. Art was the theme for this year's fair, and students did not disappoint. Students chose an artist to study and research, and then created a piece inspired by that artist. From preschool to middle ...school, students demonstrated what they learned and also channeled their own creativity and voice in their art. Many famous and not so familiar artists were included in this art show, and after tonight's successful showing we could be seeing some of these students in art galleries in years to come. #hopeseattle #westseattle #artfair #schoolart #artgallery

Hope Cheer Clinic only at the auction! Coach Warfield and Coach Emily plus the Hope Cheer squad put on a Cheer clinic for aspiring Hope cheerleaders! Techniques, skills, cheers, and fun were all part of this dynamic experience, teaching the basics of cheerleading but also of teamwork and ...encouragement. There is no 'I' in team! We are excited to watch these young ladies grow into inspiring leaders!

Congratulations to 8th grader Nora, for earning a spot on the Kennedy Catholic High School Cheer team! #hopeseattle #cheerclinic #buildingleaders #kennedycatholiclancers #westseattle @kennedycatholiclancers

🌱 Growing More Than Just Plants at Hope 🌱

Now in its second year, Hope’s Garden Club is digging deeper—literally and figuratively—into what it means to care for our planet.

From propagating plants in the greenhouse to collecting rainwater, students are learning ...sustainable practices that make a real impact. They collect and reuse plastic pots to start seedlings, create safe winter habitats for bugs in their “bug hotel,” and even nurture their own worm composter to nourish the soil that feeds their garden.

And the learning doesn’t stop there—the middle school cooking elective comes full circle by providing food scraps for the worms, connecting the kitchen back to the garden in a meaningful, hands-on way.

At Hope School, we intentionally create opportunities for students to understand life cycles, sustainability, and the role they play in caring for the earth. The best part? Tasting the harvest they’ve worked so hard to grow. Happy Earth Day!🌿

Thank you, Hope community!

With your generosity, the All In For Hope 2026 Auction raised $61,504 for PTH-supported programs + $27,150 for our Fund-A-Need Spanish program.

We’re grateful to every donor, volunteer, attendee, and our sponsors — Hunt Jackson CPAs, Gretchen ...Schmidt, and McKinstry Stauffer Yang Construction.

Your support makes a real difference for our students.

Thank you!

We are back from Spring break! The cooking elective learned about chicken tenders and the various ways to prepare them. Fried? Breaded? Baked? The choice is yours when it comes to working with these morsels. Cutting unwanted fat from the chicken, preparing the FEB (Flour, Egg, and Bread) yo bread... chicken, measuring and taking the temperature of the chicken for doneness were all things we covered in class. And then taste testing!

The winner? Lightly fried on the stove top was the most popular with a mayo based dipping sauce.

One more meal to add to their list! #hopeseattle #cookingelective #middleschool #cooking #westseattle

Mr. Caudle's famous scones were the lesson of cooking class last week. Three different variations were on the menu and this reporter can say each one was fabulous! #hopeseattle #cookingelective #westseattle #middleschool #cookingwithkids
