Five weeks of summer camp? Yes please! Hope is excited to open registration for our engaging summer camps for preschoolers and students in kindergarten through fifth grade.

NEW!! Cooking elective added to the 18 other amazing electives Hope offers middle schoolers. Mr. Caudle and Mrs. Heit are tag teaming to teach culinary skills to students so they can feel confident about walking into a kitchen to fix a meal. Using the kitchen at the North Campus, students are ...divided into three groups and each student participates in the prep, execution and clean-up of the lesson. We've only just begun! Field Trip Day! Seventh and eighth grade students literally went underground to learn some local history of the city they call home. Walking along old wooden sidewalks, through passages littered with artifacts Hope students learned about the Great Seattle Fire of 1889, sawdust, and the rebuilding ...of the city. Walking underneath sidewalks that were once skylights serving as light for subterranean business, students gained knowledge of how Seattle was rebuilt and thrives today. Boys and girls fourth through sixth grade students started their basketball season at the beginning of March and are improving their skills, learning how to work as a team, and gaining confidence with every game they play. Last night Hope boys played Lighthouse Christian, and although Lighthouse ...took the win, the boys played with heart and never gave up executing the plays they learned at practice . With a deep bench, there is enthusiasm for the game and improving as players for future years at Hope.

Students began by sketching their own stuffed animal designs, bringing their ideas to life on paper. Next, they selected fabrics and carefully sewed their creations together. This hands-on project not only sparked creativity but also strengthened fine ...motor skills, patience, and problem-solving along the way.
