Faith Focused
"When I came to hope, I was instantly welcomed. I've learned about God, made friends, and become a better student." Hope student
Student Centered
"The teachers really care about their students and want them to succeed. Though HOPE is a small school, it's big in many ways. I know my child is getting a good education, is being challenged academically and in a safe environment." Hope Parent
Nurturing Excellence
"One reason why I love Hope Lutheran School is the class size. I really feel like my son has the opportunity to get the help that he needs when he needs it...so that he can really shine." Hope parent
“Hope has been an amazing place for my son. He has thrived and greatly improved his testing scores. Probably the most important thing is that he comes home every day from middle school and says he had a great day.”

Hope middle school welcomed a special guest today, Captain Eric Mueller. Captain Mueller, a parent of a Hope alumni, wanted to share with students about what he experienced on 9/11 as an airline pilot with Horizon. Students have been learning about the events on this important day 25 years ago, ...and hearing Captain Mueller's story about that day as well as his extensive experience in the Navy gave students a new perspective about this tragic day.
Students in 7th and 8th grade will take their East Coast trip in the spring and one of the stops will be the 9/11 Memorial. #hopeseattle #september11 #neverforgotten❤️
Today we take a moment to remember those who gave their lives to help others on this tragic day. Our 7th and 8th grade students were not alive at the time of September 11th, and they will be watching a documentary to learn more heroism of professionals and normal, every day people going to work. ...This documentary will provide valuable insight to remember when when they visit the September 11th Memorial on their East Coast Trip coming this spring. #hopeseattle #September11
Recess! Recess is the most reported favorite thing if you ask students what they like about school. Well, that and PE. Kick-ball anyone! #hopeseattle #hopelutheranstrong #westseattle #privateschool #recessfun
Our preschool and TK students are learning all about classroom routines, making friends and having fun at recess! After a successful fire drill, these young learners earned some playground time! Their young brains work hard during the day, and they also get to play hard! #hopeseattle #preschool ...#playhard #westseattle #playbasedpreschool
Fifth grade is off to a great start in their new classroom at the North campus. Their classroom is big, allowing the students to spread out to work individually or with partners. Large windows facing East let in the morning sun, and this year students chose one elective to take for the first ...trimester. Options included art, Chapel band, dance, drama, escape room, wood shop, and study hall. And, advanced math students simply have to walk downstairs to class. Fifth grade is off and running! #hopeseattle #fifthgrade #westseattle #middleschool #backtoschool
Hope welcomed 10 new students to sixth grade this fall and what better way to get to know each other than to share some pizza, crafts and games the first week of school! The weather cooperated and students hung out on the patio, art room and home room. Welcome to Hope School everyone! We are happy... you are here! #hopeseattle #middleschool #westseattle #middleschoolhang
Kindergarten is learning all about being in a classroom this week. How to raise your 'quiet' hand, how to sit on the carpet and how to take some deep breaths while painting the color bands of the rainbow. It's good to start off the day with a little yoga! #hopeseattle ##westseattle ...#Kindergarten
Parents celebrate going back to school, but teachers do too! They love their job. ❤️ We're back baby! #hopeseattle #westseattle #hopelutheranstrong #BackToSchool #privateschool
