PTH Fundraising

To fund our extensive programming we have several fundraisers throughout each year.

Hope’s PTH takes pride not only in the students and their achievements, but their ability to balance the PTH budget which is based on our success at the various fundraisers they sponsor throughout the year. PTH regularly sponsors the following fundraising activities and your participation in these fundraisers is critical to the success of the PTH in funding programs and projects for the school and for our children.

This year we will begin our fundraising with the Chinook Book.

Chinook Books help you save money at local businesses that do good things for the environment and the community. Use 1-2 coupons and the book pays for itself! These make excellent gifts for family, friends, staff, and clients. PTH earns up to 50% of all proceeds to help fund things like extra classroom supplies, Science Van, Grandparent’s Day, and much more! Our Chinook Books sale begins in September 12th.  Look for order information in the first weekly envelope of the year. Thanks to you, we exceeded our goal last year and hope to see the same success this year.

We are also planning a fall fair and/or all school fall dance, Winter Movie Night, Mid-Winter Middle School dance, and other events.  Look for information in your weekly envelopes, emails from Room Parents and at PTH meetings.

Scrip Program

Scrip-order-form

Chair: Sonjia Barker

Date: All Year

Purchase Scrip cards, dollar for dollar, for your favorite store all year. Every time you purchase Scrip the school receives a percentage in return for your patronage. You have the convenience of using a card for full value of what you paid, and the school benefits the reward. Families who purchase $200 or more of Scrip per month will be credited with 1 PIP hour (12 hours maximum per school year). You can earn PIP fundraising hours by volunteering to sell Scrip at school, church or by chairing.

School Auction (bi-annual)

Date of Auction: TBD 2019

Co-Chairs: TBD

The bi-annual auction our largest fundraiser!  We welcome any all help with this big event in everything from set up to decorations to procurement. And, it is also a great way to accumulate your PIP hours for the year. Please contact the PTH President Heather Leaman, to find out more information about this event.
