Heather Eggleston

As the Admissions Director at Hope Lutheran School, I feel truly blessed to welcome new families into our community. As a West Seattle native, I’m deeply rooted in this neighborhood, and I love being able to serve the very place I grew up. Before joining Hope, I spent 15 years in the resort and hotel industry in various sales-
driven roles and as a Director of Sales and Marketing here in the Seattle market. I also established and ran my own business in the promotional products industry.

My husband and I are proud parents of two boys who attend Hope in grades 2 and 4. Outside of school, you’ll often find me on the soccer field – I coach two youth teams and absolutely love being part of their growth and teamwork. When I’m not at school or on the field, I enjoy travelling, hiking, cooking, and spending time in my garden. I’ve always loved getting to know people, hearing their stories, and helping them feel at home. That’s why I’m thrilled to do the work I do – supporting families as they explore our school and find their place in our community.
