Make a Joyful Noise!
By Kristen Okabayashi, principal
This fall, our school is embracing the theme “Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth” from Psalm 98:4. What a wonderful reminder that joy is not something we keep hidden—it’s meant to be expressed, shared, and celebrated together!
We hear that joyful noise in so many places at school—students singing in chapel, cheering on the playground, sharing laughter in the lunchroom, and working together in the classroom. It’s the sound of learning, growing, and celebrating God’s goodness.
As parents, you’re a big part of this joyful chorus too! Whether you’re clapping along at a performance, encouraging your child at drop-off or joining us at school events, your presence and support help fill our community with joy.
This year, let’s keep lifting our voices, spirits, and hearts together—making a joyful noise that reminds our children (and ourselves) of God’s love and faithfulness. Amen!
